Colour that lives inside the fabric — wash after wash

Sublimation production lines for athletic wear push ink into the polyester fibre, not onto it. Full-colour, high-detail artwork flexes into the fabric, on private-label garments cut, sewn and finished under the same roof. A sample lands in 5–7 days; a first run scales straight to monthly volume.

Become-the-Fabric

Where the Colour Actually Lives

A screen print lays a film of ink on the fabric face. Sublimation turns the same ink to gas under heat and pressure and lets it soak into the polyester fibre, so the colour moves with the garment — soft to the touch, breathable and free of a raised layer.

Sublimation

Colour becomes the fabric

The ink is driven into the fibre rather than laid on it, so the print feels like part of the garment. It flexes with the jersey, washes without a crack line, and holds the detail of a photo.

  • No raised layer — the print sits level with the fabric
  • Colour holds through stretch and repeat wash
  • Photographic detail stays sharp

Colour sits on the surface

A plastisol film is printed on top of the fabric, so the colour is a separate layer. It can crack under stretch, add weight and warmth, and each colour needs its own screen.

  • Raised film that can feel heavy or tacky
  • Cracks and flakes with stretch or wash
  • Each colour is a separate screen to pay for
  • Colour stops at the surface, not through it

The Sublimation Standard

Print Quality, Design Freedom & a Greener Fabric

Three things set a sublimation kit apart: a print that holds its colour, a design that is fully yours, and a fabric that doesn’t cost the planet. Each is specced on the same polyester line.

A Print That Keeps Its Colour

A pro-grade result needs precision at every step — high-resolution printing, water-based inks and a colour check against the approved swatch before a production run, so the batch you receive matches the sample you speced. Routine machine servicing and in-line QC keep it consistent order after order.

Dye Sublimation Printing Services

Four Printing Methods, One Dye System

The same dye-sub ink can be applied four ways. Pick the method that fits the artwork and the garment — each one runs on the polyester line we already set up, so switching methods costs nothing in lead time.

Spot Sublimation

  • A precise motif printed on one spot of the garment — a logo, a mark on corporate wear
  • Keeps the rest of the fabric breathable and the cost low
  • Carries a bold design without full coverage

All-Over Sublimation

  • Design runs edge to edge across the whole garment
  • Maximum design freedom for sportswear and streetwear
  • Ink sits in the fibre, so colour holds across the full piece

Cut-and-Sew Sublimation

  • Fabric is printed before it is cut and sewn into the garment
  • Complex patterns line up perfectly across panels
  • Clean, aligned look where the print meets at every seam

3D Sublimation

  • Adds a dimensional, raised look to the artwork
  • Depth and realism that lift a piece off the rack
  • No physical layer added to the fabric

Colour Economics

A Whole Palette, One Pass

With screen printing, every colour is a screen you pay to set up — so a rich design gets priced on its colour count, not on what it can sell. Digital dye sublimation lays the whole palette down in one pass: a 2-colour badge and a full-photographic jersey hit the press the same way.

Screen print

  • 2-colour badge 2 screens Two plates for a two-colour mark — you pay for the setup before a single garment is printed.
  • 4-colour graphic 4 screens Four plates to hit a two-tone crest — the setup cost climbs with every colour you add.
  • 8-colour illustration 8 screens Eight plates for a rich chest — the per-colour art charge multiplies on a full illustration.
  • Full photographic halftone Photo-real means halftone — the steepest setup on the ladder, paid for plate by plate.

Sublimation

  • 2-colour badge 1 pass One plate, not two — a single-colour badge costs the same as a full-photo print.
  • 4-colour graphic 1 pass A two-tone crest, priced the same as a flat logo — the palette you can afford stops capping the mark.
  • 8-colour illustration 1 pass A full illustrated chest, one run — the artwork that sells on the rack with no per-colour art charge.
  • Full photographic 1 pass Photo-real at a flat-logo price — gradients and real-image depth set up the same as a mark.
