The Problems We Solve
Brand owners who contact us have already tried the alternatives — and run into the same barriers. Here's what they hit, and how we remove them.
Your supplier went silent after taking your deposit. Samples arrived weeks late with wrong sizing and fabric.
One dedicated coordinator. Weekly production photos. Video check‑ins at each milestone.
Fabric wasn't what you approved. The leggings were see‑through and customers spotted it before you did.
All fabric lots verified for stretch, opacity, and weight before cutting. Non‑conforming product reworked or replaced at our cost.
You're scaling past 200 units a month toward 2,000. Your current workshop is slipping on quality and missing deadlines.
Same line, same QC, same team at any volume. Scale without switching facilities.
You negotiated a great per‑unit price — then duties, freight fees, and last‑mile delivery ate 40% of your margin.
One door‑to‑door price covers it all. Your shipment arrives at your warehouse, 3PL, or Amazon FBA.
You requested GOTS‑certified organic cotton. The factory sent a certificate — but went silent when you asked for the audit report.
All certifications backed by independently renewed third‑party audits. Full traceability, raw fiber to finished garment.
Customization Options
Fabric sourcing, construction, labeling, and final packaging — eight dimensions of customization that turn a blank product into your brand.
Why LeelineApparel
Launch with 100 units. Grow to 10,000 per month. Same facility, same team, same inspection standards. Your orders get larger — nothing else changes.
A dedicated coordinator who speaks your language — literally and commercially. Direct chat on WhatsApp or WeChat means no translation delays, no lost nuance, no sampling errors caused by miscommunication.
Manufacturing, customs, duties, and final delivery — one predictable line on your invoice. Your shipment arrives at your warehouse, 3PL facility, or Amazon FBA with complete paperwork and zero hidden charges.
How It Works
Most first projects complete in 4–6 weeks from sample approval. Repeat orders faster. Each milestone verified before the next begins.
Day 1 Send your design brief, reference photos, or a rough sketch — any format works. We'll reply with a feasibility assessment, fabric recommendations, and a preliminary cost range by the next business day.

Day 2–3 Our technical team validates your specifications, suggests fabric alternatives, and confirms construction feasibility — catching potential issues before a single thread is cut.
Submit Your Tech Pack
5–7 days Pre‑production samples created to your exact specifications. Unlimited revision rounds — we don't proceed to production until you sign off. Samples ship internationally via DHL/FedEx in 3–5 business days.
Request a Sample
15–25 days Your approved sample moves to our production floor. You receive weekly progress photos and a mid‑production QC checkpoint. Typical window: 15–25 working days depending on complexity and volume.
Start Production
2–3 days Each order is checked against a statistical sampling protocol — dimensional accuracy, seam integrity, colorfastness, needle detection. Units that fall outside tolerance are reworked or replaced on our timeline, not yours.
Our Quality Standards
7–15 days Customs, duties, and final‑mile transport bundled into a single line item. Your goods arrive at your door, your warehouse, your 3PL dock, or directly at Amazon FBA — with complete paperwork and tracking.
Plan Your ShipmentCompliance & Certifications
Each certification is backed by a third-party audit of our facility, materials, and labor practices — renewed annually. Reports available to qualified buyers on request.

Arrived with a rough sketch on a tight budget. Their team flagged three construction issues before any tooling spend — then upgraded the run to heavier 400 GSM French terry at no upcharge.
Scaling from 100 to 2,000 units a month kept the same seams, fit, and turnaround.
Chargebacks sit under 1%. The launch drew zero fit complaints.
Every component carried OEKO-TEX® certification, traceable down to dye batch numbers — the paperwork arrived before anyone asked for it.
Four earlier factories had sent the wrong fabric for the performance spec. The sourcing team came back with six certified mill options and full lab reports.
Four runs later the SPF rating still lands within 2% of approval. Zero returns. Zero customs surprises.
500 staff uniforms in 18 days — six size sets, three colorways. Other factories laughed or quoted a 40% rush surcharge.
LeelineApparel hit the deadline with perfect size consistency, so the entire group account followed. Three years and eight collections later, that consistency was never a fluke.
Bespoke NDA, segregated production, zero IP leaks.

Common Questions
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per design per color — one of the lowest in the industry for custom cut & sew manufacturing. For simpler styles and repeat orders, we can sometimes go lower. The 100‑unit threshold is designed to give emerging brands a realistic entry point without the massive inventory risk that 500‑unit minimums create.
A full first‑order cycle usually completes in 4–6 weeks: 5–7 days for sampling, 15–25 working days for production (heavier goods like quilting, towelling, and outerwear run 30–45 working days), and 7–15 days for DDP shipping. Repeat orders move faster since samples and specs are already approved. Every project gets a detailed timeline during quoting so you can plan your launch with confidence.
No. You can submit reference photos, sketches, or a physical sample and our team will help develop the tech pack. We offer tech‑pack development as a service for brands that don’t have one yet. Having a tech pack ready does speed up quoting significantly — typically by 2–3 business days.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price you see covers the full journey: manufacturing + customs clearance + import duties + final‑mile delivery. Your goods arrive at your door, warehouse, 3PL, or Amazon FBA center without separate freight invoices or customs surprises. Shipments reach over 50 countries under DDP terms — shipping cost is included in your quote.
Yes. Woven labels, hang tags, care labels, poly bags, and custom packaging are all standard services — not add‑ons. We can match your existing brand packaging specs or help you design new ones. Custom labeling is integrated into our standard workflow at no extra setup cost on orders of 100+ units.
We offer unlimited revision rounds on samples until you approve. Each revision typically adds 5–7 days. Production does not start until you sign off on the final sample in writing. Samples ship internationally via DHL/FedEx — most arrive in 3–5 business days. Sample fees are refundable upon placing a bulk order.
Your designs are protected by a written NDA before we receive any materials. We never share your designs, tech packs, or samples with other clients. Our factory uses segregated production lines for IP‑sensitive projects. Since 2012, over a decade of operation, we have a zero IP breach record — because our business depends on your trust, not on selling your designs to someone else.
If a quality issue is identified during our pre‑shipment inspection (which happens before anything leaves our facility), the affected units are reworked or replaced at our cost. If something is found after delivery — which is rare, given our sampling process — we maintain a documented SLA: 4‑hour initial response, 48‑hour resolution plan, and replacement or refund as appropriate. We’d rather absorb the cost of a resolution than lose a long‑term partnership.
Share your brief and we'll respond with a complimentary fabric sourcing assessment and cost projection within one business day.
