- Classic chest-pocket silhouette that reads instantly as resortwear
- Pocket sized and placed to your spec — no off-the-shelf proportions
- Pairs with any of our tropical prints or a solid ground
A custom Hawaiian shirt lives or dies by its print. Ours flows unbroken across placket and pocket — locked in by a strike-off on the exact fabric that ships. Proofed in 5–7 days, door-to-door in 4–6 weeks.
Our Hawaiian Shirt Collection
Classic pockets, wall-to-wall prints — a style for your brand, event, or tropical occasion.
Options & Customization
Print elements, fabrics, trim — build a shirt that is unmistakably yours.
Coconut-shell, wood, or resin buttons — pull-tested shirt by shirt and available in custom shapes and colors.
Woven neck labels, care and composition tags, and custom hang tags under your own brand name.
Accent thread colors that trace the seams, placket, and hem to frame your print.
Chest pockets in any size and placement — welt, patch, or flap styling.
Camp, spread, or band collars — fused or soft finishes, built to the fit you design.
Pattern Matching
The tell-tale sign of a premium Hawaiian shirt: the motif continues uninterrupted across the button placket and into the chest pocket. Most factories cut randomly and break the pattern at each seam. Ours matches it.
This is a factory-floor workflow, not a marketing claim. It changes how your artwork looks on a body — a palm frond that starts on one front panel and continues onto the other, a hibiscus that threads through the placket instead of being sliced in half.
The buttonhole-side front is cut first and the placket pressed before any other piece. The dominant motif is centered in the placket boundary — the rest of the shirt is aligned to that one reference cut.
The pressed front piece is laid directly onto the remaining yardage and the second front is cut to mirror the print exactly, so the motif meets cleanly when the shirt is buttoned.
A translucent pocket template is traced over the cut front, then moved across the yardage until the motif aligns — the pocket is cut from that matched area and interfaced so it never sags.

Who This Is For
Three very different buyers, three very different orders. What they share: a matched print they are proud to put their name on.
My shop lives on small, tight collections, so the 100-piece entry point was the whole reason we tried. A vintage hibiscus print shipped DDP in five weeks, duties settled — no surprises.
Six weeks later it had sold out, so we reordered 300 at the $23.9 tier. Every piece matched the approved strike-off, shrinkage stayed under 4% in our wash test. It proved the model: start small, scale when the numbers say so, never sit on dead stock.
The planning team needed 150 shirts for a wedding-weekend welcome dinner, split across four colorways with matched chest-pocket prints. A strike-off landed on our exact cotton lawn, and the line held it through final inspection with zero major defects.
Cartons came palletized with FNSKU labels already applied, so the merch team handed them straight to fulfillment. The tiered pricing made the first commitment painless — reorders have since grown past 400 units at a time.
A 100-unit test run of a signature hibiscus print went to market in three weeks. FBA-compliant polybags, FNSKU labels applied on the line, cartons palletized for inbound — everything Amazon needed was done before the shipment left.
Reorders followed at 300, then 600. The pattern held on every batch, and the Tencel base washes better than the rayon tees the old supplier sent. The same rep, the same line, one WhatsApp message from reorder to container.
Personalization
Personalize Hawaiian shirts with faces, logos, or any artwork. Built for special events, clubs, and uniforms, you get a shirt that fits your exact vision.

Hawaiian Shirts FAQ
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per design per color — one of the lowest entry points for full cut-and-sew tropical shirt manufacturing. A 100-unit run includes custom printed yardage in your artwork, your private-label woven neck label, and graded sizes XS–5XL. Mixed sizes in a single PO are standard; 100 is the total, not per size.
A full first order runs 4–6 weeks door-to-door: 5–7 days for the strike-off, 7–10 days for the pre-production sample, 15–25 days for bulk production, then 7–15 days DDP shipping. Repeat orders skip the strike-off and sampling gates, so they move faster. You get a dated timeline during quoting — never an open-ended promise.
A strike-off is a printed sample of your artwork on the exact base cloth that will run in bulk. Different fibers absorb ink and reflect color differently, so printing on a proxy fabric guarantees a color mismatch. You approve and sign the strike-off — it becomes the physical benchmark every production roll is measured against.
Send a vector file (AI, PDF, EPS) or a high-resolution raster at 300 DPI at final print size. Face photos, pet photos, and logos all work — we clean the edges, build a seamless repeat, and color-match to the fabric you pick. Only have a rough sketch or a reference shirt? We can develop the artwork from that too. You approve a strike-off before bulk, so what comes off the line matches what you sent.
Care is straightforward: machine wash cold on gentle, hang dry or tumble low. Because the color is dye-sublimated into the fibers rather than layered on the surface, prints hold up to repeated washing without cracking or peeling — no special handling and no dry-clean-only restrictions.
Yes. The line applies FNSKU labels, polybag suffocation warnings, and choke warnings before packing, and cartons are palletized for Amazon inbound. DDP shipping delivers to your door, 3PL, or FBA center across 50+ countries with one invoice covering manufacturing, freight, customs, and duties.
Four gates: an approved strike-off, a signed pre-production sample, a TOP roll check against the strike-off at print start, and a final AQL 2.5 inspection (major) / 4.0 (minor). Behind them: ISO 5077 shrinkage under 3–5%, ISO 105 colorfastness, needle detection at 1.2 mm, and OEKO-TEX / GOTS / BSCI documentation.
Send a design brief, artwork file, or a reference shirt — get fabric options, matched-print cost, and per-unit pricing at the 100 / 500 / 1000 breaks within one business day.
