1. How long does production take?
Standard production time is 3-4 weeks after artwork approval and sample confirmation. Rush options are available for many styles, with expedited production in as little as 2 weeks (additional fees apply). During peak seasons (November-January and June-August), please allow for additional production time.
2. What artwork formats do you accept?
For best results, we recommend vector files (.ai, .eps, or .pdf) with fonts converted to outlines. For all-over sublimation printing, high-resolution .jpg or .png files (at least 300 dpi) are required. Our design team can help optimize your artwork for production – just reach out for assistance.
3. Can I get samples before placing a large order?
Yes! We offer sample kits of our most popular panty styles so you can evaluate the fabric, fit, and construction quality firsthand. For a small fee, we can also provide pre-production samples with your custom design to verify how it will look before full production. Sample fees are credited toward your order when you proceed with production.
4. What sizes are available for custom panties?
Our custom panties are available in sizes XS through 3XL for most styles. We also offer extended sizing (4XL-6XL) for select styles with a slightly higher minimum order quantity.
