Kraft Paper Bags
Recyclable kraft, uncoated- Recyclable material for a natural, grounded brand read
- Custom printed or die-cut to a chosen logo placement
- A sustainable choice that still feels retail-ready
The unboxing is the one moment a customer actually touches the brand. Get the box right and the first impression lands; get it wrong and a plain courier bag erases the work. Branded boxes, mailers, garment bags, tissue and tags run in the same batch as the garment.
It's Won or Lost at the Door
Everything the factory got right is judged at one moment. These are the complaints that surface before a refund request ever does — and the packaging that pre-empts them.
| The Customer Sees | With LeelineApparel |
|---|---|
| The order lands in a plain courier bag, so the first thing the customer sees is the carrier’s branding, not the brand’s — the moment is lost before the parcel is even opened. | Branded mailers and a single-language courier label. The parcel telegraphs the brand from the outside, before it is opened. |
| A garment ships folded in a translucent sleeve. By the time it reaches a warm warehouse, the crease is set and the collar is crushed — the customer thinks it is a seconds item. | Board or rigid boxes, tissue wrapping and a collar insert that hold the shape in transit. The garment arrives looking the way it left the line. |
| The sustainability promise on the product page is undercut by a non-recyclable bag and a foam insert the customer has to throw in general waste. | Compostable and recycled mailers, kraft tissue, and paper tape on the same run — the packaging backs the claim instead of eroding it. |
| The unboxing is forgettable, so nobody posts it. The tissue and the insert that would have earned a share are flat. | Tissue, a printed insert and a thank-you card that turn the open into a small ritual — the part of the order people actually photograph. |
What We Make
Four options run in the same production batch as the garment, so what is pictured on launch day is what ships on the first order — no separate pallet to clear first.
The Material & Finish Spectrum
A biodegradable mailer, a kraft poly bag, a printed box, a rigid box with foil — one buys reach for less, another a finer finish, another a greener read. This is the whole decision in one view: how far up the brand-impact ladder the money goes, and what it does to the budget and the footprint.
Put It Under Production
Bring a logo file, a box you already ship in or a rough sketch — collect a samples pack, a per-unit price and a production schedule back within one business day.
The Unboxing Journey
Track one order across the line and down the driveway. Each touchpoint either reinforces the brand or undoes it — here is where the packaging earns its cost.
The garment is folded to the customer size, not bundled — a collar insert and tissue keep the collar and the crease exactly as the production line left them.
Custom printed tissue, a matching insert and a thank-you card turn the open into a sequence. The first thing that greets them is the brand, not a courier bag.
A die-cut box or bag sized to the garment sits the piece correctly, so there is no slide or rattle. The emblem, colour and finish carry edge to edge.
Paper tape, a printed mailer or a compostable bag closes the parcel branded on the outside — the outward read hits the recipient first.
Address label and invoice carry the brand, not the factory’s. DDP to the door keeps customs and freight out of the customer’s hands.
Send a reference box, a logo file or a rough size guide — receive a packaging samples pack, a per-unit cost and a production timeline before the next business day ends.
