Blank-supplier hoodies arrive with a logo printed on a stock body — the GSM, the fit, and the hood never match the reference.
- 350–500 GSM French terry
- Hood and rib matched to the body
- Drawcords, eyelets, and zips spec'd
Most suppliers print a logo on a blank and call it manufacturing. We build from your tech pack — so the drape, the seams, and the weight are the brand's own, not a stock garment's. Oversized is engineered, far beyond a size-up: the boxy silhouette is patterned with balanced proportions, so the volume reads intentional rather than sloppy.
Streetwear Styles
Custom production across the full streetwear range — every silhouette patterned to the block, from scratch.
Fit & Silhouette
Oversized streetwear down to tailored athletic cuts — fit variations that let a brand deliver the right silhouette for its audience.
A true drop-shoulder block: the shoulder seam sits below the natural line and the sleeve extends in the same grading step. The oversized statement is built into the pattern, not faked by picking a larger size.
Straight side seams run parallel from chest to hem — no taper, no waist suppression. The armhole is cut square so the box silhouette holds its structure through the entire size range.
Standard shoulder position with generous ease through the chest and hip. A clean everyday fit that is roomy without being dropped — the shoulder stays on the natural line, which is what separates it from Oversized.
The body narrows progressively from hip to hem with a waist seam and a slimmed lower hem. Athletic-inspired: form-following through the torso while keeping mobility at the shoulder and armhole.
Body length cut to the waistline with a clean, finished hem. High-waist proportion is the point — length is the variable, graded separately from width so the crop stays consistent in every size.
Fabric Weight
GSM (grams per square metre) is the single spec that separates a premium streetwear tee from a saggy retail blank. Every band changes drape, structure, and what the factory must change upstream to sew it clean.
Feels like: Drapey, breathable — the "blank" baseline.
Factory reality: Holds screen print fine; sags under embroidery weight. Vintage / summer drops.
Feels like: Substantial hand-feel without stiffness.
Factory reality: The workhorse band — opaque prints, clean boxy tee without sewing upgrades.
Feels like: Premium, wearable, slight drape.
Factory reality: Needs rib 400+ GSM to match; first band where you spec the trim, not just the body.
Feels like: Dense, rigid, sharp boxy silhouette.
Factory reality: Specialized sewing: heavier needles, thread tension, metal eyelets, YKK #8 zip. Higher FOB.
Construction & Stitch Control
A 500 GSM hoodie gives out at the seams and trims before the fabric ever fails. These are the stitch densities and hardware upgrades that keep a heavy garment from skipped stitches, seam puckering, and trim failure.

Woven neck labels, hang tags, and custom packaging carry the identity past the garment itself — into the hand and onto the shelf.
The Reality
A blank tee with a printed logo is not a garment you designed. Real streetwear — custom paneling, heavyweight French terry, a fit of your own — starts with cut-and-sew. Most shops won't touch it under 500 pieces, so they sell you the blank instead.
The tech pack went to six factories. Four never replied; the other two quoted a 1,000-piece minimum and a $450 tooling fee. A 30–100 piece order is real work — most factories just aren't built for it.
We quote in 24–48 hours. 100-piece MOQ, no tooling fee.
A local print shop can handle a logo. Contrast piping, custom fabric paneling, a lined hood, set-in gussets — that's construction work, not decoration.
We build all of it in-house, straight from your tech pack.
Spec 300 GSM cotton to hold a boxy, drop-shoulder silhouette. What arrives is 180 GSM jersey that sags at the hem after three washes. GSM is a spec, not a marketing word — and it's enforceable in a tech pack.
Spec locked in the tech pack, verified before bulk starts.
A $120 sample charge with no clear refund path is a bet on a stranger.
5–7 day sample, fee credited against your bulk order.
Zero-Risk Sampling
Each GSM band has a hand-feel no spec sheet can capture. Tell us which weights you're deciding between and we'll ship swatches with the tech-pack quote.

Streetwear Manufacturing FAQ
100 pieces per style per colour — one of the lowest true minimums in the industry. Unlike print-on-demand or blank suppliers, we pattern, cut, and sew to your block, so the 100-unit entry covers custom paneling, heavyweight fabric, and your own fit. Larger volume unlocks tiered pricing at the 500 and 1,000-unit breaks.
Yes — and we'll tell you what it costs upstream before you commit. As a custom hoodie manufacturer we run 500 GSM (≈14.7 oz/yd²) French terry daily, which needs 3-end construction, heavier needles, adjusted thread tension, and upgraded trims: rib at 400–450 GSM, brass or stainless eyelets, and a YKK #8 or heavier zipper. We spec all of that in the tech pack so the sample comes back right the first time instead of failing in wash testing.
No. You can submit reference photos, a rough sketch, or a physical sample and our team develops the tech pack for you — including the POM table, BOM, stitch SPI, and lab-test thresholds. Having a ready tech pack speeds up quoting by 2–3 business days. Our full 10-element checklist is on this page so you can audit your own file before sending it.
5–7 day prototype turnaround, fee credited against your bulk order. The sample fee covers the pattern, fabric, and labour of a development sample — it's refundable when you place the production order. Samples ship via DHL/FedEx and typically arrive in 3–5 business days. We don't start bulk until you sign off on a sealed pre-production sample (PPS).
A written NDA or NNN agreement is signed before we receive any files. IP-sensitive projects run on segregated production lines, samples are sealed and photographed, and we have a zero-breach record across over a decade. We never share your tech pack, designs, or samples with other clients.
AQL 0 (critical) / 2.5 (major) / 4.0 (minor), sampled per ISO 2859-1. We add streetwear-specific failure modes — puff-print cracking, fleece shrinkage, zipper function — to the Major list so a generic apparel pass doesn't let a bad print through. Tests include ISO 105 colourfastness, AATCC 135/150 shrinkage (knit ±3–5%), and 1.2 mm needle detection.
