The sample came back at the loosest spec I asked for — classic leg at a 10 cm inseam, covered elastic at 0.8″ that sat flat instead of rolling. The line shipped a 100-unit first run and a 7,500-unit reorder off the same marker.
The fit continuum sorted the range: a loose classic for the everyday tier, the firm boxer brief for the top of the line, both graded off one block so the waist and hip tolerances held across all six silhouettes.
Shrinkage checked under 5% on the first wash. A size 32 from the reorder measured true to the 32 from the approval sample, and the stitching at 12–14 SPI stayed clean across the batch.
